First David Bowie (
Labyrinth), then Brian Bedford (Disney's
Robin Hood) and now Alan Rickman (
Harry Potter, Sense and Sensibility, Truly, Madly, Deeply, and so many more). The entertainment industry has been hit hard by grief lately. I know that some people choose only to see the the ways in which these people have acted contrary to the moral law, but there is good in every person. We honor the good and pray for God's mercy on their souls. We pray especially for those souls who have no one to pray for them.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
