Please pray like crazy for Dwija, her family and her little one!
{pretty}
Last Saturday was our 17th wedding anniversary. Husband brought home some very pretty flowers. I love daisies, especially Gerbera daisies!

I had already made him a delicious GF dessert to enjoy so he brought home this tuxedo cake (Hah hah! Get it? Wedding anniversary... tuxedo cake!) for the kids to enjoy while they celebrated our anniversary with us. Am I the only one who looks at the top of a cake like this and says "Ooooooh preeeeettty! How can I make that?" Yeah, I thought so.

{happy}
Cupcake very happily crawled up next to her big brother to eat noodles for lunch! I think she's done with the high chair.

{funny}
We have this white board on the inside of a cabinet door in our kitchen that my husband likes to write the weekly menu on so that I don't get asked 12,000 times a day "What's for dinner?" He also likes to have fun with the kids so Fridays (which are usually meatless) end up with the most unusual "menu plans". (Wink, wink!)

{real}
Cupcake takes scooping lentils in her kitchen very seriously! She calls them beans. My kitchen floor has never been swept so many times in a day! Even the big kids can't resist sticking their hands in them.

  2. Happy anniversary! Okay...Cupcake cannot be done with the high chair already!! She's growing way too quickly, Charlotte! (As though you wouldn't know.) And I love her Kitchen Madonna :) Precious!
