I am so excited about doing a wildflower study with the children this spring. The wildflowers were pitiful last year because of the drought, but this year they should be gorgeous. We have had our "hawk-eyes" on looking for the tiniest sign that they were back. We found two of these little lovelies braving the cold.
Faith, I just talked to her and she is having a profile editing problem with Blogger but you should still be able to get there by clicking my link or typing in her web address directly. I had her listed as "And Sometimes Tea" but I just changed it to "Red Cardigan".
I'm absolutely amazed you managed to find this precious flower on a day when the high temperature was 34 degrees!

ReplyDeleteMatilda, this poem was the last thing I read before retiring last night and it just took my breath away.
ReplyDeleteHow perfect that it was your entry for the field day...
Have a blessed weekend, friend!
Why is red cardigan off-line? I'm so sad! I really liked her articles.
