Mocha Punch Recipe

Mocha Punch (originally from

4 cups decaffeinated brewed coffee
1/2 C. sugar
4 cups skim milk
vanilla ice cream
chocolate ice cream

Brew coffee and stir in sugar while coffee is still warm. Chill for at least two hours. Pour coffee and milk into punch bowl. Start adding scoops of ice cream until punch bowl is full. I used mostly vanilla instead of chocolate. I still used some chocolate, but I think too much chocolate would have made it taste too dark and rich. This was enjoyed by the grownups and the kids alike. In fact, Shortcake wants some for her birthday!
