Christmas Pretzel Dots

With all of the exciting variations of kisses available this time of year, we decided to try a Christmas version of those addictive Valentines Dots. Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses and Mint Chocolate M & M's. One word... mintylicious!!! I didn't say it was going to be a real word!

One child commented that they could also pass for St. Lucy's eyes because they look a little blood shot. Just thought I'd share in case you go for that sort of thing.

  2. They sound good, but I am with Kim, I'll skip on the eyes.

  3. My first thought was that they look like eyeballs -- many uses for those I think (besides the mintylicious part!).

  8. I just found your blog. I love it. You have put it together so beautifully. I am going to make the St. Lucy eyes for a class I am presenting on Sunday. I have a blog myself, but can learn a lot from yours in presentation, etc. I plan to follow you regularly.

I friend of mine just told me about doing a similar thing using rolos and pecans.

  10. Haha! Love what you said about St. Lucy. Did you happen to catch my St. Lucy eyeball cupcakes on Catholic Cuisine? I totally go for that kind of thing ;-)
