Hijacking? Really?

Rating some films on Netflix to get more specific-to-our-taste recommendations and this pops up...

Out of all the adjectives that could describe the original, animated version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, "hijacking" wouldn't be on my list.

  1. I've never commented before, but I like to follow your blog. I thought your post was funny and reminded me about what Netflix recommended for us last night.

We should watch the A&E tv series, "Hoarders" based on our interest in "Babies," "Ponyo," and "Precious: Based on the Novel by Sapphire"

Aren't those so random? Netflix is crazy.

  2. Hijacking?! That is pretty funny!

I was rating movies at Netflix the other day and it asked me how often I watch "Dysfunctional-Family" movies like Cheaper by the Dozen. It made me laugh. :)

  3. Netflix couldn't have meant the original Cheaper by the Dozen. They weren't dysfunctional. The remake however, that did view like a disaster movie (just my opinion).

maybe Netflix also meant the Jim Carrey version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

  5. Kathy, this actually was a feature where they showed you a picture of a movie and the title for you to rate it. It was the original (we've never seen the Carrey version).

  6. How did you answer their question???? I'd be scared to get it wrong!

And, don't ever see the Carrey version. O. Fen.sive.
